Terms and conditions.

Mr. Workwick's Workshop Studio (the "Service") is provided by Gotoclient SLU ("Gotoclient", "we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Gotoclient SLU.

By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Individuals must be of legal age in their country.

The Service is a software tool that lets facilitators set up private workshops, invite participants, collect contributions, plan actions, agree outcomes and export reports. It is a tool only: we do not provide facilitators or consulting services as part of any plan.

You sign in by email link. Keep access to your email account secure: you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The subscriber becomes the admin of their space and decides who may enter it.

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan during your subscription. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent its technical limits such as participant caps.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• upload content that infringes intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan, scrape or interfere with the security of the Service;
• use the AI features to create illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive content, deepfakes or malware, or attempt to bypass their safeguards (jailbreaking);
• enter health data or other highly regulated data.

You own the contributions, documents and results in your space. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not review, sell or reuse your results.

AI suggestions are built only from your workshop's own writing and the documents you approve. You are responsible for the inputs you provide, for having the rights to them, and for how you use outputs. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, are labelled as AI suggestions and need human validation. They are not professional, legal or financial advice.

Outputs are yours to the extent permitted by law. Rights holders can report infringing content via our contact page; we will review reports, remove content where appropriate and suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Gotoclient SLU retains all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, design, the Mr. Workwick character and branding.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can cancel at any time. When access ends, you may ask us to export or delete your data; otherwise your space is deleted after account closure as described in our Privacy Notice.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
