Your workshop results belong to your space. Mr. Workwick does not analyse, sell or use them, and they are kept for as long as your account exists. Hosting, privacy and security follow Lovable's published policies.
Your data and your results
What happens to what your group writes, votes and decides.
Who owns the workshop results?+
You do. Contributions, votes, comments, action plans, outcomes and uploaded documents belong to your space and the people you invite to it.
Do you know what our workshops conclude?+
No. We do not review, analyse, summarise or reuse your results, and we do not use them to build products, benchmarks or marketing. Without your permission we cannot open your space, so we cannot read them.
Can anyone at Gotoclient open our space?+
No, not unless you allow it. There is a Gotoclient support account, and it can only enter your space when your admin switches support access on in the space settings. Without that permission there is no access at all, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
How long is our data kept?+
For as long as you have an account. Workshops, history, reports and uploaded documents stay in your space while your subscription and account exist.
What happens if we stop?+
You can ask for your data to be deleted. Contact us and we will remove your space and its content.
Can we remove something earlier?+
Yes. Facilitators can clear a workshop's content, and sample data is clearly marked and easy to delete. Earlier versions of edited items are kept in history so changes can be restored, and they go when the space goes.
Do you sell or share our data?+
No. Workshop content is never sold, and it is only processed by the services needed to run the product, such as hosting, sign-in emails and payments.
AI and your content
What does the AI see?+
Only what has been written in that workshop and the documents you approve for it. It does not search the internet and it does not bring in outside facts.
Are AI suggestions final?+
Never. Every suggestion is labelled, shows the workshop text it came from, keeps its original in history and needs a person to validate, amend or reject it.
What if there is nothing to suggest?+
Then Mr. Workwick suggests nothing. He does not fill gaps with guesses.
Is our content used to train AI models?+
We do not use your workshop content to train models. Lovable states that data from apps built on its platform, including end user data, is not used for model training.
Privacy and security
Mr. Workwick is built and hosted on Lovable. Our privacy and security approach is based on Lovable's published policies.
Which policies do you follow?+
We base our privacy and security on Lovable's Privacy Policy, its Data Processing Agreement and the security information on the Lovable Trust portal (trust.lovable.dev). Those documents are the reference for how infrastructure, sub-processors and certifications are handled.
What certifications apply?+
Lovable lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 and states a commitment to EU and UK GDPR. Check trust.lovable.dev for the current status.
Where is data stored?+
In a managed database and private file storage on Lovable Cloud. Uploaded presentations and documents sit in private storage and are only opened for approved members through short-lived links.
How is access controlled?+
Everyone signs in with an email link, with no shared passwords, codes or PINs. People only enter workshops they are invited to, admitted to by an allowed email domain, or joined through a link the space owner has switched on.
Are spaces separated?+
Yes. Each subscriber's workshops, people and documents are separated from every other space, and access rules are checked on the server, not just in the browser.
Is it suitable for health data?+
No. Lovable is not HIPAA compliant, so please do not enter medical or other highly regulated data in a workshop.
Who handles payments?+
Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
How do I ask a privacy question?+
Use Talk to Mr. Workwick. For requests such as access, correction or deletion of your data, we will respond as quickly as we can.
How the product works
What is Mr. Workwick?+
A private workshop studio. A facilitator sets up a workshop, invited people contribute live, and the group leaves with owners, dates and success measures.
Do you provide a facilitator?+
No. Mr. Workwick is a tool. Your own facilitator runs the workshop.
Can participants be anonymous?+
Yes. The facilitator chooses whether names are shown or contributions stay anonymous.
What are the four steps?+
Learn, Explore impact, Plan actions and Agree outcomes. Modules can be switched on or off when you set up the workshop.
Can Mr. Workwick build my workshop?+
Yes. Describe your goal and upload documents. He proposes a flow, you give feedback, and he amends it before you create the workshop.
What do I get at the end?+
A thirteen section PDF report that separates participant input, AI suggestions, validated conclusions and final decisions.
Is anything lost if two people edit at once?+
No. Changes sync live, every edit is versioned and stale overwrites are rejected. Facilitators can restore earlier versions.
Plans and billing
How does pricing work?+
Monthly plans by participant cap, from 29 EUR for up to 30 participants to 999 EUR for unlimited. Yearly commitment saves 20%. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Can we change plan?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time during the year.
What does the top plan add?+
Company branding: your name, logo and accent colour across your workshops.
Who is the admin?+
The person who subscribes becomes the admin of the space, and chooses facilitators, participants and allowed email domains.
